Terms

Last updated 20 October 2026. These terms are between you and Swatkins Company Ltd, trading as BaseCreators ("we"), a UK limited company, about your use of Artemis.

The service

Artemis helps sellers on Amazon work out profit, and keep leads, suppliers, purchase orders, products and cash in one place. Connected plans add sales, restock, shipments, claims and an accountant pack.

Your account

Free trial, prices and payment

Your data

The leads, suppliers, orders and other information you enter belong to you. We use it only to run the service for you, as described in the Privacy Notice. You can export your leads, and ask us to delete your account and data at any time.

What you must not do

Figures and decisions

Profit, margin, ROI and restock figures are calculated from what you enter and from data we receive. They are estimates. You decide what to buy, and you remain responsible for your VAT and tax returns. Artemis is not financial, tax or legal advice.

Amazon

Artemis is independent and is not made by or endorsed by Amazon. Where you connect your Amazon account, you can disconnect it at any time from Amazon or from Settings.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the service running but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We are not liable for indirect or business losses, such as lost profit, to the extent the law allows. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to what you paid us in that time.

Ending these terms

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why. We may change these terms, and will tell you before a change that matters takes effect.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear any dispute.
